Travel Itinerary
DAY 1 - Drive to Mussoorie
TravelWorldTogether representative will meet you at the pickup point. The drive to Mussoorie will take approximately 6 to 7 hours. En route enjoy your breakfast in Gajraula. You will arrive at the Mussoorie resort in the late afternoon. Day at leisure. You can enjoy shopping on Mall Road. Overnight stay at the resort.
DAY 2 - Mussoorie Sightseeing
After having a sumptuous breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour in Mussoorie. Today, we will visit the famous Kempty Falls, then Lal Tibba-the highest point in Mussoorie, from where you can enjoy the magnificent Himalayan ranges. Later, we will take the ropeway to Gun Hill to witness the sunset. Mussoorie sunset is mesmerizing. Overnight stay at the resort.
DAY 3 - Departure
After breakfast, leave for your home destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make full payment to book a tour?
No. Someone trying to book a tour package does not need to make full payment. Customer has to pay 50% for the booking confirmation. The hotel vouchers will be shared to the guest within 4-5 working days. The remaining 50% amount should be released one day prior to your travel date. Tour confirmation only on receipt of full payment.
How do I get Payment Confirmation?
After the payment is successful the customer will receive a confirmation mail to the customer’s mail id from the assigned tour manager.
I am booking a tour package. What details are needed while booking?
If a client is booking on behalf of a family member or a friend, then he/she will have to provide basic information like Name, Email address, Contact number, places of interest, Travel Start Date, No of Days, No of Adults, Children age (if any), Hotel Category and Car Type.
Do I need to call hotel to reconfirm my reservation?
A customer need not to call the hotel regarding any booking confirmation. Hotels will be booked by us and will send you the hotel vouchers. We will take all the responsibilities to make your tour go perfectly.
Tour Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 1:30 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
- The Vehicle will be available only till 7 PM.
- Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- ACs don't work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Prices might greatly vary on Blackout Dates(special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
- The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- TravelWorldTogether reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrest or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of the package due to circumstances beyond TravelWorldTogether's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicles.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
- The driver might turn off the AC on hilly terrains as it might become difficult to drive on such roads.
- Cab is excluded for Camels back road, Lal Tibba and Clouds end in Mussoorie
- In Mussoorie, the cab service will be available up to the designated parking points.
- Access to Gun Hill and George Everest is facilitated via ropeway, which is not included in the package.
PAYMENT POLICY:
50% payment at the time of booking, and the remaining 50 % before Check-in date
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided which depends on hotels and transporters policies. However, a cash refund will not be available.
